All projects are different, however we typically break projects into 4 stages.


To create the right interior design for you, we like to get to know your business, aspirations and anything else that makes you tick.  Thoroughly knowing your brand is crucial to us designing the perfect space that connects with your customers and helps you succeed. 
If you already have a property or space, that’s great! It’s helpful for you to send us photos and dimensions so we can further clarify the process and any unique location based information. Our pricing is competitive, so once we know the details of what you require, we provide a price and strategy to suit your business.


Once agreed on timing and cost, we create a design narrative and a moodboard of imagery indicating the look & feel of your new space. We produce a floor plan showing customer flow, staff operations & product configuration - Depending on your business, you will have specific needs and challenges we we aim to address as early as possible.


Once you are happy with the plan and moodboard, this is the stage where you can see your new space come to life! We produce 3D visuals to communicate the interior including lighting, signage the fixtures. We also provide material spec’s & revised floor plan to further clarify function & finishes.


For you to determine a cost & timeframe for your build, we add further information & detailed drawings, including additional plans, elevations, sections & fixture details. These are the drawing which you can send to your local builder or shopfitter for pricing. 
Once your builder takes control, we usually step back - depending on your requirements. However, to ensure the design is realised, we are happy to review the contractor drawings. If you wish, we can also stay involved throughout the build process through to opening.
